The villa has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV with cable, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 twin beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. It has its own fully screened solar heated swimming pool.
The villa accommodation is fully air-conditioned. The kitchen has a range of modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker and fridge/freezer with an icemaker. There is also a family size washing machine and tumble drier. In the family room there is a TV with cable. There is also a video recorder with a selection of children's videos and stereo. You can also make use of the free telephone service which enables you to call home free of charge.

The villa is on a site called Bentley Oaks, a small development of only 100 homes and only 10 minutes drive from Disney and 2 minutes from local shops and supermarkets. There are also 2 championship 18 hole golf courses only 2 minutes drive away. The villa backs onto a nature area therefore the pool is not overlooked and is very peaceful and quiet.
